All of our items are made to order to reduce unnecessary waste. We use a global network of manufacturers so items can be shipped and delivered worldwide quickly while also minimising their environmental impact.
Processing Time
We aim to ship all items within 3 working days but there may be some isolated delays during busy periods when this is not possible.
Shipping
UK
All orders in the UK will be shipped using Royal Mail or Evri’s 48 hour service. Your order should arrive within 2-3 working days of shipping (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
The recent Royal Mail strikes, Christmas post volumes, and snow have caused a large backlog with the post and we are shipping via Evri as much as possible. Our calendars will all be shipped via Evri but our pencil cases may still be sent via Royal Mail.
International Orders
International order will usually be shipped with a courier via a tracked service. The exact method used will vary depending on your destination country.
